In addition to competition law, State aid, public procurement, environmental law, food law, customs law and international trade, we are able to provide assistance and advice in any other area of European Union law.

We assist our clients both in administrative proceedings before the European Commission and the competent national authorities, and in disputes that take place before the EU Courts (General Court and Court of Justice of the EU) or before national courts, including the courts of last instance (Court of Cassation and Council of State), including for the purpose of obtaining the referral of preliminary questions to the Court of Justice pursuant to art. 267 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.

A list of the numerous cases dealt with before the Court of Justice and the General Court of the EU is available on the website of the Court of Justice at the following link: curia.europa.eu. Our assistance is often requested also by other lawyers and consultants in order to develop and invoke arguments and pleas based on EU law to ensure a more effective protection of their clients.
