Our Firm protects the privacy of its website users, in accordance with the provisions of EU regulation no. 2016/679 and other provisions applicable in Belgium. We collect personal data such as your e-mail address, your name and surname, telephone number and address, which you have communicated to us directly by sending us an e-mail or by filling in and sending the forms on our website.

These data are used exclusively for the following purposes:

• provide our legal services and fulfill the professional duties you have conferred on us;

We also collect navigation data (such as IP addresses, names of terminals used by the user, URI / URL addresses, date and time of the request) to collect anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and improve its functioning.

No personal data will be transferred outside the EU, without your explicit consent. We particularly draw your attention to the fact that, subject to your explicit consent and as better specified in our  Cookie Policy, the information generated by the analytical cookies used by our site for statistical purposes (including your IP address, which is however made anonymous) are transmitted and stored on the servers of Google in the United States, a third country that has not been recognized as offering a level of protection of personal data substantially equivalent to that in force in the European Union. 

The recipients of the data collected and processed are, in addition to the Data Controller, the lawyers and collaborators of the Firm, employees, consultants, suppliers of the Firm as part of the specific task assigned to them and inherent to the management and maintenance of the site, who are located in Belgium, in the European Union or in third countries recognized by decision of the European Commission as countries offering an adequate level of protection. The data are kept for the time reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose pursued and will subsequently be deleted. Unless agreed by the interested party for a longer period, the data communicated when applying for a traineeship, internship or collaboration are kept for one year in order to allow us to check whether the application has already been taken into consideration. Except as specified above regarding the information generated by the analytical cookies that you have expressly accepted, the data is stored on servers located in the European Union or in a third country that has been recognized as offering a level of adequate protection by decision of the European Commission .
